Chlorophyll from nettle is successful in treating anemia, iron deficiency, and other blood diseases. Nettle tea is also used against diarrhea, rheumatism, rickets, bladder stones, whitewash, and bleeding. It is used externally against hair loss.
Preparation of tea:
Pour a couple of nettle leaves with 250 ml of boiling water, cover, and let it stand for at least 20 minutes.
Caution:
It can irritate the stomach and raise or lower blood pressure. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
