Lemon balm tea is used as a sedative, for restful sleep, and stomach problems such as bloating and gas. Lemon balm also works well in treating migraines, infertility, and herpes viruses.
Preparation of tea:
Pour over a couple of leaves with 250 ml of hot (not boiling) water, cover, and leave to stand for at least 20 minutes.
Caution:
Lemon balm tea has no side effects, so it can be drunk not only by healthy adults, but also by children, babies, and during pregnancy.
